All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on this website are owned by or licensed to AcePlasma Technologies LLC. Custom software developed for clients becomes the property of the client upon full payment, subject to the terms of the individual service agreement.

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and project details. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

AcePlasma Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. We provide a 30-day warranty on delivered software for defects in materials and workmanship.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
